Tequila/Coffee Ham Glaze
¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ¾ cup black coffee 1 TBS spicy mustard ¼ cup Patron Cafe XO (coffee liqueur made w/tequila)
Combine the first four ingredients in a small sauce pan, bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently. Cook down by about 1/3, remove from the heat and stir in the coffee liqueur. Let cool to room temperature.
Liberally glaze the ham a few times during the last 3-45 minutes of cooking.
