This is great for ham, salmon and poultry!
AAB's Bourbon Glaze
1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup bourbon 1/8 cup Key Lime juice 1 TBS spicy mustard
Nuke the honey and molasses on med-low for 15-20 seconds to partially liquefy, whisk to blend. Add the bourbon, lime juice and mustard, whisk well.
Glaze ham several times the last 45 minutes to an hour to prevent burning.
