Found some lean ground turkey on sale and decided to make some skinless Turkey Brats In a bowl I mixed the 1¼ lbs of turkey with 1½ TBS Penzey's Bratwurst Seasoning I then shapped them into ¼ lb 'logs' Wrapped each one, make sure to twirl the ends, in food grade plastic wrap And now for a three minute swim in boiling water. This allows the meat to 'set up' so that it can be handled later Cooled off and already to cook on the grill (don't forget the remove the plastic!!). Except these are headed to the freezer for a later date
