I get asked meat and cooking questions every day and around holiday time, NOT just Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc, the questions more than double.
I've had complaints lately that I choose not to answer some questions. THAT IS NOT TRUE or the case!
I answer EVERY question within a few minutes, an hour, or it may be a few hours , BUT every question gets read and replied to (as long as it's not a troll or a smart azz). This also includes 'private messages' though this site or any barbecue forum that I'm a participant.
May I suggest that you check your spam or junk mail file for the subject line that you sent to me and/or any variation of the "askabutcher or barbecue" email address.
If you don't get a reply in a reasonable time period (2-3 days) and you can't find my reply in your spam/junk file, then please contact me again, possibly with a different subject line.
