Poked holes into a boneless rib end of pork loin and lathered up with a commercial Mojo marinade. Rubbed down good with jerk seasoning and chili powder. Vac packed in the FoodSaver for about four hours and then cooked indirect at 350° for approx an hour. This was mighty tasty...........................
