Okay, 9-10 months later..... What would I do different? Other than the obvious, that I mentioned early on, the side gas burner NEEDS to be built in. Only two more things have come to mind since then...... 1) I would move the sink to the far right where the storage space is. The storage space to the middle in place of the fridge. I would then place a larger, wider under counter fridge where the sink was on the left. The little fridge is great for some cold brewski's, but almost useless for storing any amount of meats, etc. Another thought would be to leave it where it is in the center, but replacing it with a Kegerator, which has some cold storage space for bottles, food, etc. 2) I would screen the whole thing in. Never had a problem with flies until this past year and they have been a pain in the azz. Mosquitos no..flies yes. Also, we have a lot of wind which blows in every kind of debris you could think of. Not to mention the little attic rats (squirrels) that come up looking for scraps. Also have found bird schitt on the cookers where they have perched when I'm not at home! Other than that, I'm a happy camper
