White meat ground turkey, pattied and seasoned with my steak seasoning I did some skunkburgers last night, seasoned with my steak seasoning. And served with broccoli slaw, diced maters and three bean salad. The skunkburger was on a light english by Thomas (and I had two!!) Why did I call them 'skunkburgers'? Well, I got the Oval going nice, as I was cooking on the 'right hand' side for the first time. And, as I was bringing the turkey burgers to the ODK, there was Mr.Skunk standing beside Junior!! I was as startled as he was (trust me!!) and we both hauled butt in opposite directions, but he did manage to give a good shot of perfume to let me know he'd been there Once I was sure he was gone, I'll be darned if I'll let a little skunk juice ruin a good fire No time to "Finney" these, I did them direct as fast as I could ;D
