Took a few florets of broccoli and gave them a 30 second nuke at 75% power. Gave them a dusting of SnPnG* and then a little bath of creamy Vidalia Onion salad dressing. Wrapped them with some par-cooked bacon. The Porto Mushroom strips were drizzled with Italian Dressing. The USDA Prime NY Strip (fatty azz end cut) was Dale's Sauce SnPnG.* *Salt, Pepper and Garlic The veggies cooked indirect for about 15 minutes at 400° before the Schitt Schteak went on and bumped the temp to 450-500° The Broccoli Balls were a WINNER and will do them again Might even wrap the florets with a couple of onion strips before the bacon next time. Shrooms were excellent as well.
