Green Bean Casserole
2-15oz cans Green Beans
1-10oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup milk
2 TBS margarine (optional)
1 can French's French Fried Onion Rings
Add first three ingredients, then ½ can of the onion rings. Mix well, turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake at approx 350-375° for an hour, or until bubbly all through.

Pineapple Carrots
1-16oz bag of Baby Carrots
1 cup cherry juice blend
1-8oz can juice-pack pineapple tidbits
½ tsp ground ginger
Cook carrots in cherry juice in a saucepan until just crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Drain pineapple and add to carrots along with the ginger. Mix well. Turn into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350°-375° for approx ½ hour, stirring a couple of times.

Bourbon Sweet Potato Casserole
3 large cooked sweet potatoes
½ cup, approx, butter or margarine
¼ cup el cheapo bourbon
¼-½ tsp ground cinnamom
salt and pepper to taste
Mash the potatoes, add the butter, bourbon and spices. Add more butter if needed for proper desired consistency. Put into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with more cinnamon if desired or dot with butter or mini marshmallows. Bake approx 30-45 minutes at 350-375°.
All of the above sides can be cooked indirect on your ceramic grill.

Bastardized Ham Glaze
½ cup white sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
1/16 tsp ground ginger
1/16 tsp ground allspice
1-2 TBS cherry juice
Add all the DRY ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk to mix. Add cherry juice, 1 TBS at a time and stir to desired consistency. Glaze ham the last 30 minutes of cooking to avoid burning the sugared glaze.
