Rumrunner's Grilling 'Paste' 1 TBS, heaping, Black Mustard BBQ Slather 1 TBS Bourbon* (el cheapo is OK) 1 tsp Wolfe Rub Original Whisk together all three ingredients. Brush on chicken, pork or fish during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling. For lower temperature indirect cooks, the paste can be added as the meat is put on the grill.
