This is good on beef or chicken.*
4 TBS Chili Powder 2 TBS ground Cumin 2 tsp Mexican Oregano 2 tsp Garlic Salt
Mix together well (or use a spice grinder if you have one) and store in an airtight container away from heat and light.
* I rub with olive oil before applying the seasoning. Or, mix 3 TBS of the mix with a ΒΌ cup of oil if you are panfrying the meat.
