This is something different to use as a basting sauce/glaze for your ribs or chicken during the last few minutes of grilling. Also good as a dipping sauce at the table. ¾ cup jellied cranberry sauce 1/3 cup maple syrup ½ cup commercial bbq sauce ½ cup Cranberry Lambic Beer (or regular) ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp granulated garlic Put all ingredients into a small saucepan at low heat. Whisk until all blended and cranberry sauce has melted. Use warm or at room tempature.
