Tried a pre-Thanksgiving experiment yesterday. excellent taste, especially with the gruyere, BUT, BUT, there was WAYYYYY TOO MUCH bread in the recipe  "IF" we decide to go with it, the bread will have to be cut in half. It was like a bread pudding with some veggies and cheese  (recipe in the thread below) Here are the before and after pics The RECIPE
