These ribs will NEVER be duplicated again A small rack of BB's with a light, light coating of Morton's Tender Quick and then washed it off after 10 minutes and dried the ribs. I then rubbed in a small amount of apple wood liquid smoke. I had three bbq seasonings with just a dibby-dab left in each one. I mixed them together and seasoned this little baby back with it, in the oven for 4.5 hours at 250°. I then applied a glaze of two different bbq sauces with a shot of bourbon. I wish you could taste them I had to try the small end piece before I glazed it with the bourbon sauce Double thumbs up!!! In the next week or two I will be repeating this same recipe using the sous-vide. I may also cut the rack in half and do it in the Instant Pot for comparison. Stay tuned.............
