Almost all commercially made tortillas have oil. Fat is the enemy. Ezekiel makes some oil free tortillas but they are expensive and crack when folded. These amazing tortillas tasty, oil free, hearty and pliable for making wraps or burritos. Ingredients: Red Lentils, Water.
"Frying" on my dry non-stick griddle. I cooked them a little hot hence the air bubbles. I was in a rush so didn't care much then. They taste great so I don't care much now either
