From Our Friends at Delish.com Ingredients6 large limes, halved lengthwise 1 c. Corona 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 3/4 c. tequila 1 tbsp. lime zest Kosher salt, for garnish Directions In a liquid measuring cup, juice limes until you get ⅓ cup. Hollow out those and remaining limes and place each hollow side-up in a muffin tin. In a small saucepan, whisk together lime juice and corona. Sprinkle with gelatin and let bloom, 5 minutes. (You'll notice a shimmery, ripply film on top.) Whisk over low heat until dissolved, then remove from heat and stir in tequila and lime zest. Carefully pour liquid into hollowed limes. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Slice into lime wedges and dip one end in salt to serve.
