NZ racks of lamb seasoned with evoo, slivered garlic, kosher salt, pepper and fresh rosemary Cooked indirect at approx 400° for 25 min with Publix lump and some apple wood Contrary to the photo, these were cooked medium Served with scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, bread and vanilla ice cream with REAL VT maple syrup for dessert
