I like pulled pork, but I don't want it to fall apart in my fingers or turn into sawdust. I had the top half of a bone-in butt so I put it into a water bath at 150° for 30 hours. NO seasonings what-so-ever. It came out perfect!! The bone slid out nicely and the meat could be pulled into chunks with no problem. Just what I was looking for The flavor of this un-seasoned pork is fantastic. Nice and "porky" I did add a little bit of Slap Ya Mama, just to give it a kick. Excellent
