These are particularly good if you are a pancake person. Ingredients are: Spelt flour, ground flax seed, baking powder, potato starch, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, blueberries and pure maple syrup. The original recipe calls for some additional almond flour and coconut milk. I didn't have the almond flour and didn't want to use full fat coconut milk so I improvised. Awesome!!! Spelt flour has become my go to flour for pancakes and waffles.
