As the year winds down many of us begin to think of changes we should make in our lives. Health and fitness is always the spearhead but the excitement soon wears off and we return to the same habits that we all know need to change if we are to move forward. That said, just where does this plant based movement stand today? Is it really a movement or just the flavor of the month as so many programs are? Vegan 2016 is a 35 minute film that may surprise you. It nicely summarizes many of the important reasons for eating plant based diet that I have tried to describe on this forum as well as discussing the power of the meat, egg, and dairy industries. Once again sugar is the elephant in the room so I'll bring it up again here. Let's not forget about fitness in 2017.
