Cut up as many varieties of vegetables that you want per serving...........for this batch I did carrots, celery, radishes, zucchini, onions, diced tomatoes, wax beans and minced garlic enough for two servings. Mixed well, added some salt, pepper and a dash of Crystal hot sauce. I then added sodium free V-8 to cover it. Covered and let it sit in the fridge for a while to let the flavors blend. Not bad
