I am sure this has been covered but I couldn't find anything searching. Would a 50/50 mix of brisket to sirloin steak make for a good burger? Thanks.

I appreciate the response. I have tried 50/50 brisket to chuck and it is ok but not great. I will try the 50/50 brisket to sirloin and see how it goes. Right now I can buy Angus sirloin steaks for $3.99 and brisket for close to $2.99.
