Mac n Cheese
1½ cups of Alfredo sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese 2 slices broken yellow American cheese 1 TBS white Worcestershire sauce 2 slices crumbled bacon (I used applewood smoked) 2-3 good shakes of Slap Ya Mama Cajun rub Approximately 3-4 cups of cooked elbow macaroni (1½-2 cups dry) Optional light cream if sauce is too thick Optional bread crumbs for topping
Heat the Alfredo sauce on medium heat and then slowly add the cheeses, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to simmer and add the Worcestershire sauce, the bacon and the Cajun rub. Add cream if sauce is too thick. Add mixture to the cooked macaroni and blend well. Put into a small casserole dish, top with bread crumbs (if desired) and cook in a 350° oven for 20-30 minute.
