I'm a newbie to the forum, but what's here so far is really impressive. Question regarding beef plate. What does one typically do with beef plate? Can it be ground for burgers and/or beef sausages? Please advise. Thank you.
All best,
jlondon

All best,
jlondon Welcome! Beef Plate is actually several parts, not just one piece.........the brisket/plate/flank are often grouped together as one primal cut or they may be considered separate primal cuts, i.e., short ribs, hanger steak, flank and skirt. Yes, it can be used for burgers, sausages, stew meat, corned beef, pastrami, taco meat, stir fry, etc
