An 'el cheapo' $4 lb T-Bone from Sav-A-Lot that I bought last fall. Lots of folks say their meat is tough (well, it is USDA Select or below), but after five hours in the sous vide at 132° and then under the broiler for 10 minutes, it's hard to tell it from USDA Choice and or Prime, it was THAT tender
Served with roasted Yukon potatoes and fried green beans. Might have been a glass of vino or two
