This 2 gallon recipe calls for 190 proof grain alcohol so it will finish up between 70 and 80 proof. It is the good stuff! The jug on the left has the zest from 30 organic lemons soaking in 1500ml of 190 grain alcohol. Bada Bing! The jug on the right has the zest of 30 oranges infusing in 1500ml of 190 grain alcohol. Bada Boom! This will rest for 3 weeks or so before it is strained and combined with enough simple syrup to fill the jugs. Then it will rest for another week before filtering several times, bottling, and labeling just in time for holiday gifts.

I added Calcecello (Lime) to this mix. Calcecello, Limoncello, and Arancello bottled in Bellisima bottles, labeled with labels I designed using Vistaprint, and corked with Zorks of corresponding colors. Zorks does not manufacture an orange zork so I used burgundy. Each recipient will get a bottle of each flavor and a set of six Limoncello glasses like the three shown in front. These turned out much better than expected and blow the commercially available stuff out of the water. They all came in between 70 and 75 proof.
