we had a hog butchered, asked for bacon to be cured and smoked, it was ready in less then 10 days, it smells smoked, but has no flavor at all, no sugar, no salt, no smoke once cooked, can I recure it somehow? how can i add flavor, we must have 25 1lb frozen vacuumed sealed packages left.

You could try to recure it with this RECIPE. If you don't have a smoker, add a little liquid smoke to the cure and do it in a 200° oven. If the bacon has already been sliced, I don't know what to tell you short of taking it back to the processor and ask him to replace it.
