A nice Sirloin Butt End Sirloin seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and Moore's Marinade. Went into the water bath at 128° for three hours. It was then seared in a hot fry pan   Crab cake, sous-vide sirloin steak and a faux wedge salad. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert
