This is great on all pork and chicken It cooked in the water bath for 24 hours at 160°Mmmm, mmm............look at that left over butt juice All pulled. Needs a smoke ring, but I'll fix that next time Served with bbq beans.......a mix of blackeye peas, bacon and Bush's Best original... and macaroni salad Cubans tomorrow
