Goes to the Fowler Street Grill in Ft. Myers, Fl 
A friend of mine ordered a WELL DONE cheeseburger and this is what she got delivered to her office....
She called the restaurant to complain and got this response: "" oh no honey, its not rare, its a new burger from Sams Club and it cooks up different than the burger we usually use"
LOL LOL
So she sent them the same photo you see above, and to their credit, she gets a FREE burger the next time she orders
