Great for shrimp!!
2½ TBS Key Lime juice* 2½ TBS tequila (I used gold) ¼ cup Annie's Garlic Roasted Olive Oil 1 clove garlic, finely minced Dash of Kosher salt Dash of chili powder Dash of black pepper
*regular lime or lemon juice will work.
Don't marinate the shrimp or fish longer than one hour.
