Three bnls, skls breasticles....one seasoned with Mrs. Dash Italian Medley w/added salt and garlic. Two seasoned with Penzey's Mitchell Street seasoning w/added salt and garlic. Three hours total in the Demi at 146°... I didn't see the need to use the torch or sear Perfect texture!!! No pink for me!!! ;D Served with green beans and gold acorn squash
