I removed a couple of 6-oz Kobe Beef burgers from the freezer. Let them partially thaw so I could apply seasoning...Kosher Salt, Worcestershire black pepper and granulated garlic. The burgers were then encased in a Ziploc freezer pint bag using the straw method to remove the air.
To the Demi for a 6 hr bath at 134°
A quick sear.....(can hardly see it) and the interior is a nice medium-rare. Not sure what that dark spot is
At this point you can add some cheese and toss it on a bun. Instead, I elected to make some mushroom gravy and serve them with mashed potatoes. Very, very tasty
