Great with chicken, fish and pork Mango Salsa 1 ripe mango, diced 1 slice sweet onion, diced ½ cuke, seeded and diced (I used zucchini) ½ red bell pepper, diced (I used left over tomato) 1 garlic clove, minced 1-2 TBS lemon or lime juice (or both!) Salt and Pepper to taste Optional: sugar to sweeten Mix all together, cover and refrigerate until time to use.
