I have seen some sort of knife on modern marvels. It is a circle with a handle. It looked like they were almost skin off fat with it. This would be great for cleaning the shiners off my briskets. Hoping you would know what they called that and where they sell them. Thanks.

I've seen the knife you are talking about, but I can't remember what they are called. Sorry about that.
