EZ Guacamole Dip
1 large (or two small) avacado's (peeled, seeded, mashed) Juice of 2 Key Limes (or 1 TBS lemon juice) Pinch each of salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder 1 TBS chopped cilantro 4-5 (or to taste) drops of hot sauce
Combine all in a dish, mix well, cover and refrigerate. Great as dip or a condiment for taco's, burrito's, etc.
