How about a little pizza snack without all that calorie laden crust? I used some sandwich wraps baked by Toufayan Bakeries (probably in your store, too!) made with whole grain and come out at only 160 calories (wrap only and Garlic Pesto flavor). First I preheated the grill and the pizza stone to 400-425° for about 45 minutes, this allowed to stone to fully heat up. I then threw on the sandwich wrap for about 2 minutes. This procedure toasts the wrap, enabling you to add sauce and other ingredients without the wrap soaking up the wet liquid. It is also much easier to work with. Now I added my sauce, cheese, meat and seasonings. This is only going to be a 'snack', so don't load it down with heavy ingredients, as the crust will burn before your other toppings get warm. Note: adding 'cold' sauce helps to keep the crust from burning. Place it on the stone and cook it for another 2-3 minutes, depending on how you like your crust and cheese melted. These would be great for a party. Prep a bunch of wraps/crusts ahead of time and make 'personal' pizza's as folks order them. Only takes a couple minutes to prep (let them do it!!) and a couple more minutes to cook. You'll look like a genius
