The following recipe was made for two servings, feel free to adjust the amounts to serve your needs Squash/Apple Stuffing2 Sweet Onion slices, diced 1 garlic clove, minced ½ Yellow Squash, diced ½ Zucchini Squash, diced ¼ apple, diced 2 slices Canadian Bacon, chopped 1 tsp Olive Oil Dash each of salt, pepper and rubbed sage. Saute onion and garlic in the olive oil until onions are almost translucent. Add the squashes, apple and the seasonings. Cook on medium heat until squash just barely has the rawness off them, about 1-1½ minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the Canadian Bacon. Now you have something to stuff into those pork chops, chicken breasts, butterflied pork roast, tomatoes, portabello mushrooms, etc
