This could also be served as an appetizer or even a light meal I used the "Flat Out" brand, usually found near the deli department in your grocery store. Preheat the oven to 350°. Put the flat bread on a baking sheet (I put some parchment paper down first) and put into the oven for ONE minute. Remove from oven and flip the flat bread over. Put back into the oven for ONE more minute. Remove from the oven and put your sauce, cheese and toppings on. Try not to overload the "pizza" with too many ingredients, as the bread is thin and will be very sloppy to eat. Put back into the oven and bake (350°) for 4-7 minutes (+ or -) until it's done to your liking. Remove from oven and let rest a couple of minutes. Slice and serve
