Grind your own flaxseed. I use my spice grinder which is really a dedicated coffee grinder. Pre ground flaxseed meal is missing the oil. Store organic raw flaxseed as well as your freshly ground seed in the freezer. 2T/day is plenty. I bake ground flaxseed in muffins, add to buckwheat pancake mix along with some pumpkin puree and/or berries. Or add to smoothies. Read up on flaxseed and you sill see it has other benefits as well. And let’s not forget chia seed.
Where do I get Omega 3's plus a lot more
Fish eat the algae and we eat the fish. Why not go directly to the source? Take an algae supplement if a supplement is what you need. The older we get, the more we need.

A simple no chicken gravy recipe
There are many plant based gravy recipes. This one tastes just like chicken. It’s scary how close it is to the real thing. Just add what ever you like to the broth and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. I added onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, cracked black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add a bit of soy milk if you like it creamy.
No Chicken broth is available in liquid and bullion cube forms
This is a high fat vegan dinner but its traditional appearance and texture make it appealing to folks sitting on the fence about this stuff. I much prefer the simpler type dinners based on greens, beans, grains, pasta. and vegetables with a sauce.
