Another Australian grass fed beef that Winn-Dixie* is carrying I like the fact that it's 85/15, just like the 'old' Ground Chuck. Perfect amount of lean to fat, in my humble opinion Made three patty's and pan fried them in butter with NO seasonings added After cooking I seasoned with just Himalayan Pink Salt and served with green beans and tarragon carrots Amazing flavor that I haven't had in a burger in a long, long time I wish I could afford to buy this all the time, but at $8 lb, just a tad too steep for me, except for special occasions. *not all W/D's carry this, BUT your market manager CAN order it for you if he wants to and you ask him nicely

I asked about the ground beef today they didn't know about it But were going to check on it . I had the Aussie Tenderloin fillet for lunch , The best I have ever had , Beefy , buttery soft. I got some angus strips earlier in the week and they were beautiful. I grill one last night and I couldn't eat it was so tough . I have been saying for years the American beef is too tough and I think I am right. The cutters told me the CEO of WD is from Australia and brokered a deal on the beef for WD. Excellent idea!
