I recently did Scallop-King Crab Motoyaki in my XL and it was so awesome so I thought I'd post it here. Plated in scallop shells on a bed of micro greens.
The original recipeI made a few changes. I substituted King Crab for the lump crab meat called for and halved the recipes for both ponzu sauce and ponzu aioli. The original recipes for these 2 would produce way more than what is required for this dish
