All it takes is some water, a tsp of salt, a tsp of sugar, a tsp of Old Bay Seasoning, a cut up lemon or two and around a pound of shrimp. Bring water to a boil, add the shrimp, turn off the heat and let shrimp cook for three minutes. No longer and no less

Peel 'n eat with the sauce of your choice. I had extra horseradish cocktail sauce and the wife had a honey mustard dipping sauce
