Diddle Beans ½ lb of lean ground beef 3 slices of bacon ¼ onion, chopped (+or- to taste) 1 large can pork and beans (I like Bush’s Best) 1 can white kidney beans, drained (it's what I had on hand, feel free to use other) 1 TBS brown sugar (omit if your beans contain brown sugar) 1 TBS mustard 1 TBS+ of ketchup 1 TBS of maple syrup 1 TBS BBQ sauce Salt and pepper to taste Cut bacon into ½” chunks and brown in a pan with the ground beef and the onions. Draining is optional. Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350° for approximately one hour or until bubbly.
