Fresh asparagus rinsed and drained, stalk ends broken off. Place your desired amount in food safe vacuum pouch with salt, pepper and a couple pats of butter. Cook at 183° for 1 hour* *1 hour was a little too mushy for us. Will try 45 minutes next time.
