Herbed Green Beans1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed 3 pats of butter 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese ½ tsp crushed rosemary ½ tsp crushed oregano Kosher salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Place the green beans and butter into a large vacuum bag, keep the beans to one layer... Set your water bath at 183° and cook for one hour (they will be crunchy)* Put cooked beans into a medium bowl and season with the Parmesan cheese, rosemary and oregano. Toss and add Kosher salt and pepper, if desired. *next time I will try 185° for one hour.

The 185° for 1 hour worked perfectly Salt and butter only.
