I found a package of 'meaty' back ribs (nothing more than the rib end of the pork loin cut in half vertically with the ribs) at the store and decided to give them a shot in the Demi SV Supreme.... All vacuum packed and seasoned with GrillzAll and granulated garlic They went into a 150° water bath at 7:00 AM and I removed them 11 hours later....... I stuck them under the broiler for a few minutes to give them some color. I'll be glad when my new torch arrives so I can dispense with the broiler and/or cast iron searing Served with chopped tomatoes in Italian dressing and red potato salad ♥ Butter knife tender Still can't get the flavor that I'm looking for....I think they need a cold pre-smoke of some kind. I'll try that next time.
