I started out with some bone-in skinless chicken thighs seasoned with Kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and a dash of crushed rosemary*. I then put them into the Demi at 160°. Seven hours later they are done A quick sear in some canola oil and served with some stir-fried broccoli Again, NO knife was needed! The meat practically fell off the bone and was delicious I'm probably going to shred the rest of the meat and make a chicken salad or add some bbq sauce for sandwiches. *for some reason the rosemary was quite potent and I'll remember to back off it even more next time
