Pork Sirloin Tips are the pig version of the cow Sirloin Tip. The cut is taken from between the end of the loin and the fresh ham (leg). They weigh approx 1½-2 lbs each. These are very lean, most without any fat covering at all. A hot, quick cook is suggested. Slice into thin cutlets for many recipes. Cut into chunks, marinate and use for Kabobs. Wrap with bacon and cook as a roast. Not recommended for Pulled Pork.
