I have a pack of 4 ribeyes from Costco that I didn't need over the weekend but would like to keep for 2 weeks until a family vacation. For now have double wrapped in cling wrap and foil (on top of original packing from Costco). Not sure I want to go through dry bag aging process this time. My question is should I store in refrigerator for 2 weeks like this or perhaps freeze? If freeze, how should I do that to have best results.

Hopefully the foil is not directly touching the meat? No big deal, other than it will discolor them. If you have a FoodSaver, that would be the best way to freeze your steak. Otherwise, lay the steaks on a layer of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Place into the freezer. When they are mostly frozen, pull from the freezer and wrap in freezer paper or wax paper. Then wrap with cling wrap, then foil. Pop back in the freezer until ready to use/thaw next time.
